Express Talk is software included free with
SoftGnome™
that works like a telephone to let you make calls from your PC.
Download the free SoftGnome Express Talk software and start using your
PC with PhoneGnome just as you do using your PhoneGnome
enabled phone at home. When you sign up and activate the SoftGnome™ service,
you will receive a unique username and password via email. Enter
this information when you run the SoftGnome Express Talk Setup
on your PC to get started right away.

Express Talk is designed to be very easy and intuitive to use.
Within minutes you will be able to setup the software and start

Features
- Works with a headset or in speakerphone mode with just a standard microphone and set of speakers.
- Includes data compression (GSM, uLaw, ALaw and PCM), echo cancellation, noise reduction comfort noise and more.
- Uses the standard SIP protocol.
- Supports caller ID display and logging.
- Includes a phone book with quick dial.
- Lets you record your phone calls to wav files.
- Supports call transfer.
- Plays on-hold music to callers on hold.

System Requirements
- Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003.
- Pentium 500MHz or above with at least 32MB RAM (64MB for 2000/XP/2003).
- A sound card that supports full-duplex audio (with latest drivers installed)
- A headset with an in-built mic, or a microphone and a set of speakers
- Broadband Internet connection
